3.3 Capacity. You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction and are not acting under any incapacity or legal disability.
3.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling — whether through dadu44 directly or through a third-party responsible gaming scheme — are ineligible to register or maintain an Account and must not attempt to circumvent exclusion measures.
4.1 Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. dadu44 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate associated balances.
4.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and are obligated to update your details promptly if they change. dadu44 is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate account information.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dadu44 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you.
4.4 dadu44 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at registration or at any subsequent point. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.
5.1 All transactions on dadu44 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank. dadu44 reserves the right to modify supported payment methods at any time.
5.2 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed within the Account dashboard at the time of the transaction. These thresholds are subject to change without prior notice.
5.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. dadu44 may request supporting KYC documentation — including a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method — prior to processing any withdrawal. dadu44 targets processing verified withdrawal requests within 15–30 minutes via DuitNow, though processing times are not guaranteed.
5.4 dadu44 will only process withdrawals to payment methods previously used for deposits from the same Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
5.5 dadu44 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside the relevant promotion. In the absence of specific terms, a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies before withdrawal.
6.2 Bonus Funds are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been satisfied. Real-money funds deposited alongside Bonus Funds will be used first.
6.3 dadu44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting software errors — will result in the forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
6.4 Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment purposes only. Systematic bonus harvesting is prohibited.
7.1 All bets placed on dadu44 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market. Rules for each product category are accessible within the respective section of the Platform.
7.2 Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the User except where a cash-out option is explicitly offered and exercised by the User prior to the conclusion of the event.
7.3 In the event of a technical fault, system error, or obvious pricing error, dadu44 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund stakes to the User's Wallet.
7.4 dadu44 reserves the right to limit bet stakes, restrict markets, or decline bets at its sole discretion.
7.5 Match results are determined by official governing body results. Where results are disputed, dadu44's decision, guided by the relevant sport's governing authority, is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dadu44 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the dadu44 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data — is the exclusive property of dadu44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from dadu44.
10.1 dadu44 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on dadu44, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described therein.
10.2 dadu44 may share personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and KYC service providers where required by law or to prevent fraud.
11.1 dadu44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — all accessible from the Account dashboard.
11.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is active, dadu44 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing their account. Players who self-exclude must not attempt to re-register.

12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dadu44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment processor delays.
12.3 dadu44's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit dadu44's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13.1 dadu44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via the Platform or by email at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by a regulatory authority.
13.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date.
14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dadu44 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to dadu44's internal dispute resolution process.
14.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism, whose decision shall be final and binding.
14.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
